On Saturday, 11 February 2012, a festive gala was held inside the hall of the International Lublin Fair, which crowned the 13th edition of the competition named the Ambassador of the Province of Lublin. The nominations were awarded in three categories: an individual, an institution and a company. Until now, the winners, awarded the title of the Ambassador of the Province, include 37 people, companies and institutions. The winners of this year were chosen by a panel consisting of the Board of the Province and the chiefs of the media of Lublin. Mostostal Puławy was awarded, as a company that has for many years belonged among the constructors of steel structures and industrial installations to the top Polish companies, and it received the statuette of the Ambassador of the Province of Lublin 2011.
