A cycling section was founded in 1972 at the Sports Club "Żeglarz Puławy". In 2002, it was transferred to the Sports Club "Pogoń Puławy". Since 1995, Mostostal Puławy S.A has been the main sponsor of the cycling section, and this cooperation still continues. The club provides training for youth in four age categories: senior, junior, younger junior, and youngster.

The competitors of the cycling section have won many Polish Championship medals in cross-country, road and track races in recent years. Located in Puławy, "Pogoń Mostostal Puławy" is one of the most active Polish cycling clubs.

The competitors are supported by a highly qualified coaching staff: Adam Wojewódka - head coach; Łukasz Świderski - instructor.

Cycling is a beautiful and demanding sport that attracts children and young people. Every year, the club and the company Mostostal Puławy S.A. organize street criteria and support “Wyścig po kremówki” ("Race for cream cakes") held in Puławy
