A ceremonial opening of the Regional Waste Management Plant in Dębowiec took place on 7 November 2014. Mostostal Puławy was responsible for a key task within the scope of this project, i.e. the construction of a waste segregation hall with an admin section and Plant maintenance. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor - Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Spółka z o.o. in Zamość, the Contractor, representatives of the Provincial Environmental Protection and Water Management Fund in Lublin, Local Authorities and the President of Zamość.

On 8 October of this year Mostostal Puławy S.A. took part in a conference entitled : “Construction of a new 910 MW power unit at TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. - Elektrownia Jaworzno III”.

On 14 and 15 October the President, Tadeusz Rybak participated in the "Steel Structures in Poland after 10 years in the European Union and the growth outlook up to 2021” conference organised by the Polish Steel Structures Chamber. The annual conference was held at the Warsaw – Józefów Holiday Inn Conference Centre.

On 12th of October 2014 our company backed the organisation of the 5th BIKE RACE FOR CREAM CAKES. it was an even accompanying the celebration of the 14th Pope Day under the theme: “John Paul II – the Pope of the Family”. All the Puławy residents were invited to take part in the race: children, teenagers and adults – amateurs and cycling teams. Mostostal Puławy S.A. prepared the technical aspect of the race and provided all the other elements necessary for the proper organisation of the race. All who finished the race were awarded with a delicious cream cake. The organisers were: “Family” Association, St. Family Parish, Puławy City Hall, “Dom Chemika” (“Chemician House”) Culture Centre in Puławy, Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji (City Sports and Leisure Centre).

A ceremonial opening of the expanded and modernised Communal Waste Treatment Plant in Puławy took place on 30 September 2014. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor - Zakład Usług Komunalnych Spółka z o.o. in Puławy, the Contractor, representatives of the Provincial Environmental Protection and Water Management Fund in Lublin and the President of Puławy.
