On 3 December 2013 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw the President, Tadeusz Rybak took part in the XI Pearls of the Polish Economy Gala, organized by "Polish Market", an English-language economic monthly. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy Janusz Piechociński and the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences prof. Michal Kleiber assumed patronage over the Gala. Statuettes were awarded to the best business entities during the course of the gala.. The "Pearls of the Polish Economy" titles were awarded in two categories Grand Pearls and Large Pearls. Mostostal Puławy S.A. won a Large Pearl award.

On 28 and 29 November 2013 Mostostal Puławy S.A. participated in the 1st Technical Conference "Performance of Supercritical Parameters Units". Hotel Król Kazimierz in Kazimierz Dolny was the venue for the first day of the conference, with the second being held on site of the Kozienice Power Station (Świerże Górne).

On 26 November of this year, the President, Tadeusz Rybak, took part in the Polish Chemical Forum & Awards Gala held in Warsaw. The opening address was delivered by the Treasury Minister, Włodzimierz Karpiński who spoke about the challenges and opportunities for this dynamically growing sector of the economy. He pointed out the advantages stemming from seeking synergies and an efficiently conducted consolidation process as well as the challenges associated with access to raw materials.

On November 19-21 Mostostal Puławy S. A. participated in the Energetics 2013, 6th Lublin Power Fair. Cutting-edge technologies, innovative solutions and a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience - all this was to be found at the event held in the Lublin Trade Fair facility.

On 23 October the President, Tadeusz Rybak participated in the "The construction of a new supercritical parameters unit in Kozienice Power Plant" conference. Piotr Andrusiewicz, ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. Vice-President of the Board and Sławomir Krystek –IGEOŚ General Director made the opening speech. The aim of the conference was the construction of the largest coal fired block in Europe to achieve 1075 MW supercritical parameters.
