SITE MANAGERS
Place of work: all of Poland and Western European countries
Job description:
- Site organisation,
- Preparation of schedules,
- Management and supervision of construction work,
- Maintaining construction site documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System,
- Timely completion of construction in accordance with the budget,
- Coordination of subcontractors,
- Cooperation with the Investor,
- Cooperation with other departments at the company’s headquarters,
Requirements:
- Technical university degree
- Construction authorisations to manage works,
- 5-year experience as Construction Manager,
- Experience in the execution of cubic structures/industrial installations/bridge constructions,
- Experience in General Contracting is an asset,
- Good knowledge of at least one western foreign language,
- Ability to work on a computer,
- Availability,
- Category B driving licence
