On 17. September 2005 took place a ceremony of opening new workshop of concentrates built by Mostostal Pulawy S.A. as a general constructor for the SVZ Poland Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) in Tomaszow Lubelski.
In the ceremony took part i.a.: the delegation of local government, representatives of investor from the Netherlands, where the company SVZ is based, constructors and many invited guests. Technical data of the workshop: area ca. 6.127,5m2, cubic content ca. 63.500m3 , usable floor space ca. 5.800m2.
