On 25. and 26. November 2005 Mostostal Pulawy S.A took part as one of the sponsors in the 7th International Conference "Intellectual capital as a chance of improvement of the management quality in the conditions of the globalisation - INTELLECT 2005".
The conference that took place in Kazimierz Dolny was organised by Research Institute of the Quality Economics and Knowledge Management of the University of Maria Curie Sklodowska from Lublin under Prof. Elzbieta Skrzypek's guidance. The aim of the conference was to show the essence and meaning of the intellectual capital as an immaterial resource, that, in conditions of globalisation and economy based on knowledge, and also of progressive changeability of environment, fulfils the great role of having the influence on moulding the value of each organisation. During the 3-day-conference over 100 lectures was delivered.
