On March 25th, 2009 the consortium of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. and Mostostal Pulawy S.A. has signed the contract with municipality of Legionowo regarding realization of show/sports hall with accompanying infrastructure.
The object will be located at the junction of Jan III Sobieski street and Bolesław Chrobry street, near the Municipal Stadium in Legionowo. Besides the main hall with the playing field with 2029 seats for all spectators, there will be also changing rooms, club rooms, a conference room, trainers rooms, toilets, warehouses, climbing wall, fitness and gym room and the hotel with 13 rooms and bar.
The object’s parameters: useable area of 6116 m2 and cubature of 49 291 m3.
The realization of this investment is planned to be completed within 16 months – the construction will begin in April 2009 and the completion of works is planned for the second half of 2010.
