On Tuesday the 17th of June 2014, at Anna Manor, a ceremonial summary of “Dziennik Wschodni” largest businesses in Lubelszczyzna ranking - 2013 Golden Hundred took place. Tadeusz Rybak, the President received the ranking’s certificate for the “Best construction company” making Mostostal Puławy S.A. the industry leader in Lubelskie Province.
Experts say that conditions for the economy to grow are ripe. - The outlook for the economy has been improving for about a year or so - admits Prof. Stanisław Gomułka, head economist at Business Centre Club. - This year GDP is estimated to grow by anywhere between 3 and 4 per cent, and between 4 and 5 per cent over the course of the next year. Whereas industrial output is estimated to increase by as much as 5 to 10 per cent, with 5 per cent more likely this year and 10 per cent next year.
Net profits of enterprises represented in this years ranking stood at nearly PLN 2 billion. Revenues of the entire Golden Hundred amounted to PLN 30 billion.
