The traditional Mostostal Ball took place once again on 31 January 2015. Mostostal Puławy S.A. management board honoured three employees with the “Steel Ball” award, for exemplary professional service and particular contribution to the growth of the company. This year, the award was presented to: Henryk Kwietniewski (steel structure assembly, foreman); Norbert Pawluczuk (Construction Manager) and Jarosław Muciek (Export Director).
For the first time the “Steel Ball” statue was awarded to a “Honorary Mostostal Puławy S.A. Worker”. Tadeusz Rybak, the President, in the eulogy praising the laureate emphasised that “It is with utmost please that by virtue of this special award, Mostostal Puławy S.A. management board wishes to highlight the contribution and commitment to the local and Polish economy of a person with links to Puławy since childhood. The care that Minister Włodzimierz Karpiński exhibited for increasingly better conditions facilitating the growth of companies such as ZA Puławy and many others, directly translates into more investments which are tremendously significant for our region and Poland as a whole”.
Włodzimierz Karpiński, Minister of the National Treasury, accepted this special award from Tadeusz Rybak, the President and the commemorative certificate was handed to him by Jerzy Świeca, the Vice President. In a short speech the Minister emphasised the significance of Mostostal Puławy S.A. as a key employer in Puławy County and an excellent ambassador of the Polish economy in Poland and around the world.
During the ball a “Carnival Raffle” was held with the main prize went to our colleague Kasia. Congratulations once again! Mostostal staff were enjoying the occasion until the early hours.
