On 8 October 2017 our company supported organisation of VIII CYCLING RACE FOR CREAM PUFFS. The event accompanied celebrations of XVII Papal Day under the slogan “Let’s move forward full of hope.” All citizens of Puławy were invited to take part in the cycling competition: children, teenagers as well as adults - amateurs and cycling groups. Mostostal Puławy S.A. organised the race from the technical point of view and ensured other elements necessary for proper conduct of the race. A delicious cream puff awaited all participants at the finished line. The organizers were “Rodzina” Association and the Holy Family Parish.
The celebrations of the Papal Day in Puławy are going to end on 27 October 2017 (Wednesday) with a meeting with archbishop Mieczysław Mokrzycki, Archbishop of Lviv, secretary of two popes, Saint John Paul II and Benedict XVI. The meeting is going to start with a Holy Mess presided over by the Archbishop in Mother of God, Lady of Rosary Church (garrison) in Puławy (Lubelska str.), during which the consecration of John Paul II altar and deposition of relics of the Saint will take place. Following the Eucharist, there will be a meeting with archbishop Mieczysław Mokrzycki and promotion of his books.
