The contract included the production and assembly of approximately 520 tonnes of steel structure and equipment for the exhaust gas purification system together with thermal insulation. In addition, Mostostal Puławy has obtained an order for the assembly of pipelines on this installation. The works started in September 2018 and ended in August 2019.

This year, Mostostal Puławy S.A. has completed works carried out for Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. for the design, delivery and assembly of 1 piece of liquid carbon dioxide tank with a capacity of 1,100 m3. The tank weight alone is about 164,000 kg. As part of this task, Mostostal Puławy also delivered and installed approx. 30,000 kg carbon and alloy steel pipelines.

Work began in May 2019 and will last until the end of this year. This contract is demanding due to the much small amount of space at the construction site and the need to meet many requirements of Swiss law (Switzerland is not a member of the European Union).

According to the long tradition, the Congress of the Polish Chamber of Steelwork was held at the Holiday Inn hotel in Józefów near Warsaw. During the Congress, there were plenty of discussions about the situation on the steelwork market and the perspectives for its development.

On 7th of October 2018 our company backed the organisation of the 9th BIKE RACE FOR CREAM CAKES. All the Puławy residents were invited to take part in the race: children, teenagers and adults – amateurs and cycling teams. Mostostal Puławy S.A. prepared the technical aspect of the race and provided all the other elements necessary for the proper organisation of the race. All who finished the race were awarded with a delicious cream cake.
