On June the 5th, 2017, President Tadeusz Rybak took part in a Ministry of Economic Development conference held in Warsaw. This was the first conference on the 2030 Agenda. The Ministry of Economic Development is responsible for its implementation on a national level. The document sets out the action plans to be taken by countries for shaping development policies and ensuring social and economic cohesion, which take into account environmental factors on a national, regional and local scale.

Mostostal Puławy was awarded the CSR White Leaf of the weekly POLITYKA for 2017, as one of two companies from Lubelszczyzna (region of Lublin). For the sixth time, POLITYKA in joint cooperation with the consulting company DELOITTE conducted a survey on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development among the largest Polish companies. 111 companies participated in this year’s rankings. The survey form completed by companies was prepared based on the guidelines of ISO 26000 international social responsibility standards.

Mostostal Puławy S.A. presented itself at XXIII International Road Construction Fair Autostrada – Poland during 13-15.05.2015 in Kielce. This year’s edition of the biggest and most important construction fair in our country has been visited by almost 15 000 visitors. One could see the newest equipment and technological solutions which have been presented at the stalls by over 418 exhibitions participants from 20 countries from all over the world. The exhibition occupied over 30 000 square meters, both in the halls and outdoors.

The General Assembly of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry was held on March 10, 2017 in Warsaw. The vice-chairman of the Board, Jerzy Świeca represented Mostostal Pulawy S.A. during the meeting. Mr. Marco Mensink, the Director-General of the European Chemical Industry Council CEFIC who accepted the invitation to the meeting with members of the PIPC gave a presentation before the start of meeting on the activities of the CEFIC and the situation of the chemical industry in Europe. After the presentation, the General Assembly meeting continued, until the agenda was exhausted. During the lunch following the PIPC General Assembly meeting, the participants had the opportunity to talk and establish relationships with new companies that have recently joined the Chamber.
