On October 7th, 2009 Mostostal Pulawy S.A. has begun the assembly of a BFB type boiler made in Finland by Metso Power Oy. This is the fourth boiler of this type that has been assembled by our company. The scope of work includes the assembly of a pressure part of the boiler with the internal pipelines – total weight of 662 tones. The investor of this realization is Dalkia and the boiler is assembled in Smurfit Kappa Paper-mill in Biganos, West France. This boiler will be fuelled by wood waste from the paper production.

On August 26th, 2009 Mostostal Pulawy S.A. signed a contract with Strabag Sp. z o.o. on production, supply, assembly and anticorrosive protection of steel structure of a MS-5 bridge over the River Wieprz.

The extension of the TDI installation in ZCh Zachem S.A. in Bydgoszcz is currently coming to the end. This modified installation will produce TDI, the component used for production of flexible polyurethane foams, widely used in many industrial branches, such as: furniture industry (mattresses, covering), motor industry (seats, bumpers), textile industry (warming-up), cosmetic industry (bath sponges) and building industry (insulation, adhesives, glues).

On March 24th, 2009 Mostostal Pulawy S.A. has signed a contract with Foster Wheeler Enrgi AB for the assembly of a CFB type boiler in Norrköping, Sweden. The scope of work includes the complex assembly of the boiler with air and fumes channels and additional appliances – total weight of 1823 tones.

The disassembly works of Mostostal Pulawy in Sugar Factory LublinOn June, 15th 2009 Mostostal Pulawy S.A. has completed the disassembly of technological appliances in Sugar Factory Lublin that adheres to Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa S.A. in Torun. The scope of the disassembly works covered about 1000 tonnes of technological appliances and pipelines (e.g., the disassembly of a roof construction, the disassembly of vertical agitators, the disassembly of evaporators).
