From June 16th to 19th, 2009 Mostostal Pulawy took part in the Fair "Innovation-Technology-Machines Polska (ITM) 2009" in Poznan. Mostostal Pulawy took part in a joint exhibition prepared by Polish Chamber of Steelworks (PIKS). It was located in the Exhibition of Metallurgy, Foundry Engineering and Metal Industry called METALFORUM.

On June 19th, 2009 the erection of king Kazimierz has begun, the king will be the patron of the 43rd Festival of Folk Bands and Singers that will be held on June 26th - 28th , 2009 in Kazimierz Dolny upon the Vistula River. This great king Kazimierz will be present in town also after the termination of the Festival. All construction work has been performed by Mostostal Pulawy S.A., The College of Fine Arts in Kazimierz Dolny was the creator of the crown and king’s head.

The 53rd Edition of Col. W.F. Skopenko International Cycle Race of Polish-Ukrainian Friendship was held on June 6-12th 2009. The Race consisted of prologue and six stages. The first stage of road cycle racing (72 km, 30 laps of 2400 m each) was organized in Pulawy.

On the 2nd of June 2009, the finale of the first edition of the competition for businessmen "Ambassador of Polish Economy" was held in the palace of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The well-known in Poland and abroad event called "AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA International Road Construction Fair" took place in Kielce, this year from 12th to 15th of May.
